In Person Interview

1. We’ll begin by sending you (and your children, if you wish) a questionnaire. This helps us understand the types of questions you’d like us to ask and any locations that hold special meaning to you.

2. Once we’ve reviewed your responses, we’ll arrange a convenient day to visit you with our full sound and filming equipment to record your interview and capture your story. 

3. Before the day, we will have a pre production zoom or phone call to make sure we are as well prepared as possible for production day.

4. After filming, we’ll begin the editing process to create your finished piece. You’ll receive a beautifully edited 20–30 minute HD video, available both as a digital download and on a memory stick - ready to share and treasure with your family.

Online Interview

1. We’ll begin by sending you (and your children, if you wish) a questionnaire. This helps us understand the types of questions you’d like us to ask.

2. Once we’ve reviewed your responses, we’ll arrange a convenient day to have video interview and send some equipment to enhance the quality of the video with instructions of how to use.

3. Two weeks before the interview day, we will have a pre production zoom to test the equipment.

4. After filming, we’ll begin the editing process to create your finished piece. You’ll receive a beautifully edited 20–30 minute HD video, available both as a digital download and on a memory stick - ready to share and treasure with your family.
